Circa 1890s Chinese cut-glass peking ginger jar from the later part of the Qing dynasty period (1644-1912), features a lid with indigo artichoke finial and border, and a body decorated with flora and fauna motifs, including flowers, butterflies and birds, in blue, red and green, on a rose colored ground. Markings include: a seal of the Qianlong period on the bottom. In overall fair antique condition, wear is consistent with age.
